GOOD TO KNOW
A few quick answers.
Do I need an account?
No. Choose “Continue without an account” on the sign-in screen. Your relationship records are stored on your device. Signing in does not currently sync them between devices.
How do I import a contact?
Start adding a person and choose the contact import option. Select the person in the iOS contact picker, then review their details. You can always enter a person manually.
Why am I not receiving reminders?
Check the reminder categories in Relio → Settings. Then open iOS Settings → Notifications → Relio CRM and allow notifications. Focus modes and notification settings can affect what you see. Make sure your person has a keep-in-touch frequency or your task has a future due date.
Where are my records and photos stored?
They are stored locally in the app on your device. Relio does not currently offer its own cloud backup or device-to-device sync. Your Apple device backup settings may include app data.
How do I reset my password?
Use the password reset option on the sign-in screen and enter your account email. Check your inbox and spam folder for the reset message. Never send your password or a verification code to support.
How can I delete my account or data?
Delete individual people, tasks and interactions in the app. Deleting a person also removes their associated interactions, tasks and photo. For authentication account deletion, email us from your account address with the subject “Relio CRM account deletion”. Account deletion does not remotely erase data on your device; remove local records separately.
Request account deletion →What should I include in a bug report?
Include your Relio version (shown in Settings), iPhone model, iOS version, and the steps that caused the issue. If you attach a screenshot to your email, hide names, phone numbers and other private details first.
