RELIO CRM / PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

A clear view of what stays on your device, what our services process, and the choices you have.

Effective October 22, 2026

1. Who we are

Relio CRM (“Relio”, “we”, “us”) is a personal relationship management app provided by Kike Mousse. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in the app and on getreliocm.com.

For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

The short version

Your relationship records are stored on your device. Optional account features use Firebase Authentication. The app also uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. This website has no advertising or analytics scripts.

2. Information kept on your device

When you create or import a person, Relio stores the information you choose to include: names, companies, roles, phone numbers, email addresses, LinkedIn links, birthdays, where and when you met, interests and notes. It also stores your interaction history, follow-up tasks, reminder preferences and contact photos.

These relationship records and photos are saved in the app’s local storage. The current app does not provide cloud synchronization of these records through a Relio server. Your device’s backup settings may include app data in an Apple device backup; Apple’s policies and your settings govern that backup.

Deleting a contact in Relio removes its associated local interactions, tasks and stored photo. Signing out does not erase local relationship records.

3. Account information

You can continue without creating an account. If you register or sign in, Firebase Authentication processes your name, email address, authentication credentials and account identifier to create and manage your account, authenticate you and send password reset emails. Authentication services may also process technical information such as IP addresses and device or connection details for security.

Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or recovery credentials to support.

4. Analytics and crash reports

When Firebase is configured in the app, Google Analytics for Firebase collects app usage and technical information to help us understand how features are used. Events include opening the app, finishing onboarding, signing in or registering, adding a contact or task, and logging an interaction. Event properties can describe an interaction type, whether a contact was imported or whether a follow-up reminder was enabled.

Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports, error information and device and app diagnostics to help identify and fix problems. Crash reports can be associated with your Firebase account identifier when you sign in.

Depending on the service, technical data may include installation identifiers, device model, operating system, app version, language, timestamps, IP-derived approximate location and usage events. Relio’s explicit analytics events do not send the contents of your contact notes, task titles, photos, phone numbers or conversation notes.

There is currently no analytics or crash-reporting switch in the app’s settings. You may contact us with questions or exercise applicable privacy rights.

5. Permissions and reminders

Contacts: the system contact picker lets you select a person to import. Relio imports the details of the selected contact into its local store; it does not upload your address book as a feature of contact import.

Camera and photos: if you choose to add a profile photo, Relio uses the camera or photo picker and saves the selected image in the app’s local storage.

Notifications: with your permission, Relio schedules local reminders for keeping in touch, tasks and birthdays. Reminder text may appear on your lock screen according to your iOS notification settings.

You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. You can change reminder categories in Relio → Settings. You can enter people manually without importing contacts.

6. Website visits and support

This website does not run advertising or visitor analytics scripts, set its own tracking cookies, or store support drafts in browser storage. Our hosting and security providers, Hostinger and Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, request details and technical logs to deliver the website, protect it and investigate errors. Their services may use technologies necessary for security and delivery.

The support form prepares a draft in your email app. It does not send information until you choose to send that email. If you contact us, we process your email address, message and any information or attachments you provide to answer your request. Avoid including other people’s personal details unless necessary, and remove sensitive information from screenshots.

7. Service providers and disclosures

We use Google’s Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics for the purposes described above. This website is served using Hostinger and Cloudflare. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy arrangements.

Read more in Firebase’s privacy information, Google’s Privacy Policy, Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information or use your relationship records for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a lawful transfer of the service subject to applicable safeguards.

8. Retention, transfers and security

Local records remain on your device until you remove them or remove the app and its data. Device backups may retain separate copies. Account information is retained while your account is active and as necessary for security, legal obligations and account administration. Analytics, diagnostics, support messages and infrastructure logs are retained according to their purpose, the applicable provider settings and legal requirements; they may not all be deleted at the same time.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than where you live. Where applicable law requires it, international transfers are subject to the relevant legal safeguards. You can contact us for information about transfers affecting your data.

We use the protection mechanisms provided by iOS and our service providers. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Relio does not provide its own cloud backup of your relationship records.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You can edit or delete relationship records in the app, manage system permissions and reminders, or use the app without an account. To request account deletion, send an email from your account address to [email protected] with the subject “Relio CRM account deletion”. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Account deletion does not remotely erase records stored on your device; remove local records separately.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us to exercise those rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Where applicable, account and support processing is necessary to provide requested services; security and product diagnostics may be processed for legitimate interests, and processing may also be based on consent or legal obligations as required by law. System permission choices do not automatically disable analytics.

10. Children and policy changes

Relio is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required where they live. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review the situation.

We may update this policy when the app, providers or practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
